  • Atom Physics Attosecond Light Facility

    • Equipment use: experimental device that is capable of a transient absorption spectroscopy or photoelectron spectroscopy using a few-cycle CEP-stabilized visible-NIR femtosecond laser pulse and EUV attsecond pulses with a time resolution of 100 attoeconds
    • Equipment fee: KRW 100,000/hour
    • Operation status: In operation

  • Time-resolved spectroscopy beamline

    • Equipment use: few-cycle visible-near infrared femtosecond laser pulses with carrier-envelope-phase stbilization feature. Light facility for pump-probe experiments with femtosecond pulse
    • Equipment fee: KRW 10,000/hour
    • Operation status: In operation

  • 10Hz high energy beamline

    • Equipment use: Performing various experiments utilizing Terahertz and high-harmonic pulses that have energy of 35mJ/pulse and pulse width of 35fs
    • Equipment fee: KRW 10,000/hour

  • Bruker Multimode 8 AM

    • Equipment use: Measurement of surface morphology of film and electric&magnetic properties by using force interaction
    • Equipment fee: KRW 50,000/hour

  • Pulsed Laser Deposition Chamber

    • Equipment use: A PLD machine deposits film on a substrate by using a KrF Excimer Laser (Coherent, 248nm) to ablate a target material in an arbitrary gas environment
    • Equipment fee: KRW 100,000/hour
    • Operation status: In operation

  • X-ray 4-circle Diffraction measurement equipment

    • Equipment use: erforming basic diffraction experiments for crystal lattice parameter measurement by using X-rays generated form Cu target, combined with a Huber 4-axis diffractometer
    • Equipment fee: KRW 50,000/hour
    • Operation status: In operation
